Story:

In 2010 Dynamo started working with Mega Pharma, now Megalabs, to implement what then was the current corporate ERP solution based on Dynamics AX4.0 and to start designing a new and improved corporate ERP solution based on Dynamics AX 2009. This was the start of a successful journey of more than 10 years of uninterrupted, intense collaboration with the Megalabs corporate team as well as with Megalabs companies, both implementing and providing support to Axapta 3.0, AX 4.0, AX 2009, AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Story:

During 2013, Distribuidora Leterago, a pharmaceutical distribution company in Panamá implemented AX 2009 to support their full business processes. 

Five years later, and with the aim of improving the logistics and warehouse processes, it was decided to migrate to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The company implemented the advanced warehouse management functionalities available in the new version, which resulted in major productivity improvements, allowing the company to process 30% more orders per day.

Story:

In 2013, Ricoh requested Dynamo’s support towards the implementation of Dynamics AX2012 R2 in their regional Distribution Center. The project and later support services to this implementation, were successful to the point that in 2018 Ricoh decided to appoint Dynamo as their official and trusted main partner for all their Latam operations. Ricoh was looking for a Partner that really cared about their objectives, and they felt Dynamo was the right choice.

In 2019 Dynamo supported the implementation at Ricoh Puerto Rico.

At the end of 2018, talks between Ricoh and Dynamo started towards the possibility of migrating to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, talks that turned into presentations and webinars held during 2019 aimed at managers and key users of all Latam subsidiaries. In these, all the different aspects of the new version were presented. The migration projects will begin in 2021.

Story:

The group was looking for an ERP in which they could include all their subsidiaries in Latin America. At the time they had different legacy and outdated systems.

The initial step was implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at their headquarter operations, which is also one of their main distribution centers. This project was used to define corporate processes and criteria. Afterwards, the roll outs to the subsidiaries began. At the present time, 3 subsidiaries are using the solution.

Story:

Having an outdated legacy system, the company decided to implement Dynamics AX 2012 R2 to improve their processes and information.

The implementation was done successfully in two companies of the group, and since then Dynamo has contributed to supporting the implementation and providing ongoing improvements, the last of which is the implementation of e-commerce.
