Implementing D365 for a Global Business Technology Leader

Dynamo’s relationship with Ricoh started in 2013 as a secondary partner with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, in their regional Distribution Center in Latin America. Following the success of that Project, and the satisfactory provision of subsequent support services, Dynamo advised how Ricoh could evolve and integrate solutions across different types of business units, in 2018, Dynamo was subsequently appointed as Ricoh’s official main Microsoft Dynamics partner for Latin America.

During 2019 and early 2020, Ricoh received consultancy support from Dynamo to help them evaluate whether the Latin American region should adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle as their future business solutions cloud platform. Dynamo supported regional management to assess Dynamics 365 through a series of consultations, demonstrations, workshops, implementation strategies, and licensing options; ultimately, Ricoh LatAm opted for Dynamics 365.

This meant an aggressive initial schedule for Dynamo: to replace Salesforce CRM and implement Dynamics 365 Sales in 14 companies in the Ricoh LatAm group within a year, a very successful project completed in June 2021.

As part of the ongoing D365 implementation roadmap, Dynamo recently implemented other Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Marketing, Sales Insights and Customer Insights, as well as integrating a CPQ (configure, price, quote) solution with the Sales module.  We are now in the process of implementing D365 Finance and Operations for all the 14 LatAm companies simultaneously.

All this is helping Ricoh modernize their entire commercial processes with AI, achieve higher sales, and drive meaningful customer interactions across digital and physical channels to create deeper relationships with clients
