Our Mission

To be leaders in the consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics systems by providing an outstanding experience to customers, being true business partners, and delivering solutions that help their organisations be better informed, more resilient, and to grow.

Our Founders

Rodolfo and Agustin founded Dynamo in 2008 with the original goal of providing consulting and technology services for supply chain optimisation in Uruguay. They quickly realised that there was no local support for world-class ERP Microsoft Dynamics, and so focused on developing Dynamo into a company delivering outstanding Microsoft ERP solutions and customer experience.

Both with senior management backgrounds on the Client side, they help organisations meet their ambitious and often complex goals by working as a truly collaborative partner - something they see lacking in many other service companies. Under their leadership, the Dynamo mantra is to exceed Client expectations, providing optimised relevant ERP solutions and excellent, personalised service. This approach has driven continuous growth and expansion of Dynamo internationally.

Rodolfo Arocena

Co-founder, Commercial Director

Rodolfo is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and is responsible for leading Dynamo’s international expansion.

Graduating in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and MBA, he worked in the textile industry first in Uruguay and later as CEO in both Germany and South Africa, which gave him extensive knowledge of what processes, systems and solutions are required for running a successful manufacturing business.

His experience means he well understands the pressures on senior management and aims to ensure that Dynamo will deliver solutions and service in a way that will best support Clients and their business goals.

Over the last decade, Rodolfo has been extensively consulting pharmaceutical businesses, a key sector of expertise for Dynamo.

Agustín-Quagliotti

Agustín Quagliotti

Co-founder, Operations Director

Agustín is Dynamo’s master of operational aspects of Microsoft Dynamics business solutions and is responsible for leading the team that delivers the services to customers.

Graduating in Electrical Engineering, Agustin leads the company on implementation process, business and operations consulting, solution architecture and technical requirements, and is committed to providing the very best, relevant solutions for Clients.

His seniority and experience make him a trustworthy reference for Clients and an inspirational leader for Dynamo’s Consulting and Technical experts.

Prior to co-founding Dynamo, Agustin led numerous implementation projects in several companies in sectors including telecommunications, industrial automatization, and SCADA systems, and so has an astute understanding of the customer perspective and user needs.
