WHAT DO WE DO?
Dynamo is a business consulting company with a focus on process optimization through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and related support services including maintenance, advisory activities, quick improvement, training, and specific projects, such as version migration and incorporation of new modules.
Looking for a change in their professional careers, Agustin Quagliotti and Rodolfo Arocena teamed up in 2008 and Dynamo was born.
Dynamo’s original goal of providing services for Supply Chain Management optimization in the Pharmaceutical industry, quickly led to identifying opportunities for working with world-class ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX in Uruguay in pharmaceutical companies which lacked much needed local
The shift turned us into the first and to date still the only company in Uruguay to represent and provide Dynamics AX services.
By the end of 2008, Dynamo was already a certified Microsoft Partner for Dynamics AX and was actively looking for its first Dynamics projects, which were confirmed in 2009.
In 2015 Dynamo achieved the Microsoft Silver Partner ERP Competency, which became Microsoft Gold Partner ERP Competency one year later. Also, in 2016 Dynamo became Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Partner.
Since its beginnings, Dynamo has worked based in Uruguay, taking part in implementation projects across 11 Latin American countries, one project in UK and one project in Japan.
2019 marked yet another important milestone with the opening of the Development and Technology Centre in the city of Trinidad.
2020 marks another strategic milestone with the relocation of the headquarters offices in the United Kingdom.
To be leaders in consulting and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, providing an outstanding experience to customers, becoming true business partners that contribute with solutions to business processes and challenges that organizations face.
For 2022, consolidate the Latam operations through improved services to existing customers and the addition of new customers and projects, grow operations in the UK, start operation in a third market, and increase revenue by 25% per year.
Always keep maximum motivation through a project, even in difficult moments, so that projects’ objectives are achieved.
Assuming maximum responsibility in fulfilling obligations, even performing tasks that exceed what was initially planned.
Be clear with customers, team members and suppliers, never communicating incomplete or un-truthful information. Provide important information even if it was not requested.
