END contacted Dynamo in 2018 as they needed support for their implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. END has an internal team and was self-implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and they needed to find a flexible partner who would work under their terms and in the way they wanted.
Dynamo’s client-centric approach means they offer a flexible service, supporting Clients as required. For End, this meant providing the technical resources and support on demand, implementing at End’s pace, and being as cost-effective for END as possible: effectively acting as End Team members as and when required.
As an example, Dynamo is carrying out the implementation of the ERP for managing the physical stores in the UK, designing prototypes, and integrating payment systems with Dynamics among other things. More recently, Dynamo implemented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for END in their Netherlands and Italian companies, including for their first retail store in Milan, Italy.
